The National Capital Chapter (NCC-AIIM) is pleased to announce our 2013/2014 sponsorship plan.  As a NCC-AIIM sponsor, your organization is able to target potential high quality prospects in a social atmosphere at a low lead cost while maximizing your company or product brand. Your sponsorship will allow your message to be heard by ECM professionals in both Federal and Commercial markets. As a sponsor, your organization will be recognized during our monthly events and our ongoing chapter educational activities for the September 2013 through June 2014 program year.

 

The 2013/2014 program year will consist of approximately 10 afternoon meetings in Washington DC. There will be additional events such as regional site visits, the Annual AIIM Washington DC Boot Camp, our Annual Educational/Training Seminars and the NCC-AIIM Social for you to be recognized in front of prospective buyers and build your brand in the Washington Area Marketplace!  Get your Sponsor Package Now

There will be additional events such as regional site visits, the Annual AIIM Washington DC Boot Camp, our Annual Educational/Training Seminars and the NCC-AIIM Social. for you to be recognized in front of prospective buyers and build your brand in the Washington Area Marketplace!  Your sponsorship allows NCC-AIIM to keep our costs down facilitating more attendees for your products, services and brand awareness.   There is a sponsorship plan to fit every size budget and target audience.  This program year will see the possibility of more events built around the community of users and vendors in the Content Space.

 

For the 2013/2014 year, the National Capital Chapter will be implementing several types of  program tracks:

  • A User oriented program, What is it, Do I Need it ? series featuring speakers from various organizations, which revolve around “the Evolution of Information Management” that have been proven to provide business benefits to you, our members.  Our fees for these events have been held the same at $19 for members of AIIM, ARMA, ACT/IAC and $29 for non-members.  These lunch events will be held in Washington DC.
  • Beer Wine for a Dime get together: This is a “NEW” user oriented program for our members and others interested in Enterprise Content Management technologies, presented in a vendor neutral environment. These social networking events will evolve around technologies, AIIM Research Papers etc.  All beer and wine will be a dime, $.10 to attendees.  The locations will be in downtown DC near a metro stop.

Demographics: 

  • The local AIIM chapter has approximately 400 Professional members approximately 3,000 Associate Members in the greater Washington area.  Ten times each season, invitations along with sponsorship information are sent to individuals on these lists as well as Twitter and Facebook. 
  • The sponsorship logos are on the NCC-AIIM website and the schedule is listed in the Washington Post.  Other sponsorship information is shared or displayed with some organizations such as AFFIRM, FIRM, TAWPI, ARMA, and IAC/ACT.

  • Average Chapter meetings throughout the year vary from 20-80 monthly attendees.
