  Benefits of Sponsorship

  Our Policy

Sponsoring NCC-AIIM events gives your organization an immediate guaranteed way to reach the select group of ECM managers and specialists that make up AIIM's membership.  Specific benefits include:

bullet

An opportunity to present your products and services during the NCC event you are sponsoring.

bullet

Product display and advertisement space at the event to display and/or demonstrate products and services.

bullet

Sponsor logos are prominently displayed on this web site and in the Capitol Image newsletter in the month before and after the event sponsored.

bullet

The sponsor's representative is provided a complimentary meal at the event.

Almost any organization can sponsor an NCC-AIIM meeting and walk away a winner.

NCC events generally focus on ECM-related education, product information and/or case studies.  We accept sponsorship requests from almost all organizations that want to deliver their message at our events, but there are a few chapter policies that apply:

bullet

Politics is for another place and time.  If you want to further a political agenda, you are probably in the wrong place.

bullet

Presentations to our membership need to be  packaged and presented in a businesslike way.

bullet

Presentations should be short and direct with a focus on introducing your organization, and selling your product or service.

bullet

NCC is an organization that promotes diversity and  equal opportunity.  Presentations with negative racial or sexual subject matter or overtones are not allowed.

  Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsoring NCC-AIIM Events

For the 2007-2008 chapter season, NCC-AIIM offers three levels of sponsorship in addition to regular advertising in the Capitol Image Newsletter and sponsorship of individual chapter meetings or events.  These three packages (Platinum, Gold and Silver Sponsorship) provide exceptional value to organizations that market Enterprise Content Management technology to the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

The Washington area ECM community includes vendors, integrators, consultants, and end users.  The market served includes the Federal government, local government, and commercial organizations.

NCC-AIIM increased chapter meeting attendance last season by an average of 40%, with several events drawing over 100 attendees.  These included the annual Educational Seminar and the annual June Social.  Based on NCC-AIIM’s success, it was awarded Chapter of the Year  by AIIM International.  The upcoming chapter season promises to continue this success and build on the renewed excitement generated by last year’s programs.

·         NCC-AIIM has over 200 members and AIIM International has a database of over 3,000 individuals in the greater Washington area.  Ten times every season, invitations (with sponsorship information) are sent to individuals on these lists.

·         Each issue of the Capitol Image Newsletter is distributed to the entire NCC Membership.  These newsletters are mailed to members and distributed at the annual AIIM show, AIIM Road show and joint meetings with various other organizations.

·         The NCC-AIIM web site (this site) includes downloads of speaker presentations, schedules and articles and gets thousands of hits each year.

·         NCC-AIIM does joint marketing with complementary organizations such as ACT, IAC, and ARMA that expands sponsorship exposure significantly

Please contact Manu Uppal at Manu@tyrula.com with any questions about the sponsorship plans.

Due to AIIM International privacy rules NCC-AIIM does not provide contact information for members or attendees to sponsors.  Sponsors may, however, solicit that information using door prize registrations or other marketing methods.  NCC-AIIM supports permission-based marketing.
