About this event: 

Most RFPs for ECM or Records Management solutions suffer from easily corrected mistakes that lead to proposal submissions that are difficult to compare. This session covers the most common mistakes and how to avoid them. This presentation is targeted at organizations that are planning an ECM or Records Management procurement in the near future.

 

Attendees will learn from this session:

  • Common mistakes found in RFPs
  • How to make the evaluation of proposals easy to compare, "apples to apples"
  • Essential information needed in your RFP to enable vendors to respond accurately
  • Information about how vendors price their products so that you can match your requirements accordingly
  • What types of solutions are available to meet your needs, and how to craft an RFP to match those needs
About our speaker: 

Mr. Mandel is a Document and Records Management Consultant with Results Engineering. Mr. Mandel has 30 years experience in information technology and has spent the past 22 years focusing on imaging, records management and document management. Mr. Mandel is a Certified Records Manager, CDIA+, and AIIM BPM Master.

 

Mr. Mandel is a member of the Board of Directors of AIIM, the Enterprise Content Management Association.  He is the current Chair of the AIIM Professional Advisory Council and is a past president of the National Capitol Chapter of AIIM.  Mr. Mandel was the recipient of the AIIM Distinguished Service Award in 2005.
